Ok, so I have a prepaid phone and there was 100 dollars on it the beginning of September, which was supposed to last until at least March or April. Why is no gas coming to my gas fire?

Low thyroid after anorexia?

I've recently been through anorexia, had the counselling. my family recognised symptoms almost immediately and now i'm thankful but whilst at the doctors getting a blood test they found something else, that i have low thyroid. my doctor was surprised as my bmi is 19.8, the disease could have been set off by anorexia but it is also hereditary. thing is, I've missed about 4 menstrual cycles now and the doctor said that it should be here in a month. if its not, i don't know what ill do, im so scared. has anyone had this experience? i need someone to tell me everything will be okay

Two tiny by left testicle?

About two days ago i noticed two little tiny kind of on the top and on the upper backside of the left testicle. Their not exactly connected to it because they move around. They do hurt if you move them too far away from the testicle but I have no clue what they are, if they're anything at all. Does anyone know if these are natural or what. a few years ago, my cat max got hit by a car, and went under surgery a few times because his leg kept popping out. his leg has been fine for about 4 years, but hes been limping on his right leg. last night while trying to go to bed, max was laying on my quilt. so i moved the quilt from under him. he meowed and groaned 3 times. this morning i woke up and he was under my bed. when i got home from work, he was still there. i fed him some wet food and water, and he came out from under my bed. his right leg was lifted in the air while trying to walk, and he meowed a few times while sitting on it. hes been doing the same stuff he usually does, so i just wonder if his leg is sore, or if it popped out again.

Entry to italy/schengen area- no visa needed but what other paperwork? please, very confused!?

My boyfriend is chilean and I am living in Italy, with Italian citizenship. As a chilean he is not supposed to need a visa to come to Italy. However, different websites say he will need to show proof that he has enough money to survive for the 3 month visa period. Help!!!! bearded dragons???? help?

Health visitor reckons baby should give up dummy (pacifier in US I think!)?

My partner and I are not quite in the same position as yourself, our son has never been interested in a dummy but he does like to comfort feed during the night and we are trying to cut this out. He's still only 4 months old today in fact but we want to try to get him out of the Habit of waking during the night to feed. How can I repair my metabolism?

I basically killed my metabolism after suffering with an eating disorder for the last 8 years. In an attempt at recovering, I started eating 1200+ calories each day (a huge jump from what I was eating) because the only real way, I thought, to repair my metabolism was to give it more food to work with in hopes it could function and eventually burn/use food effectively. However, it's been over a month and I've only gained weight. I expected some weight gain but was told it would come back down. It hasn't. I'm steadily gaining more weight, and this bothers me because despite my eating disorder, my weight wasn't and isn't low. It's very, very normal and healthy.. but with the weight gain, it might not be soon. Other than healthy eating and exercise, how can I get repair my metabolism and stop this weight gain?

High School Loneliness ( Started in 5th grade to my now present junior year in highschool)?

Hi, I am sick of the same **** I keep getting year after year. I am a nice person who is very active in athletics including football and wrestling, I am ADHD and Dyslexic, I've pretty much outgrown my ADHD though and i have mild dyslexia, also I was once very outgoing with anyone I met. Since my 5th grade year to my junior year in high school, I have been so lonely and down that I hate every day of life now. I haven't had a friend since 5th grade. During my freshmen year in high school I was bullied as in 5th grade to 8th as well. I eventually became fed up with one of my bullies and got into a fist fight with him. I was expelled from that school. My sopre year in highshcool was suppose to be the year that everything would change. I would be going to the school I had first picked to go to while I was in 8th grade. I had many former friends there and my two younger brother went there to. I soon became depressed during the end of the first semester and let my 3.66 GPA average slip to a 2.22 average. I failed all of my mid terms and final exams and joined the football team. I thought that if I played football, I might make some friends or gain some awareness of some of the players. I also thought that I might have the opportunity to become involved in a relationship with a girl since I have never had a girlfriend before. I already know that no matter what I do, my junior year and future is going to the same way. And to be be honest I done and don't even talk to anyone unless necessary now. I know Im a born loser, and that just that. I also know that about 10 different happy, worry free people are going to feel sorry for me and right some bullshit response to this. My response to those people is not to bother with me im just done.

Too nervous during road test to get license, should I give up or re-test tomorrow?

I am 31 and was doing fine yesterday, I did three point turn well after an hour of practice, I have drove on highways and city in these past two months on weekends. But today I failed road test, I started three point turn and hit the accelarator instead of brake and hit the cone and was failed at once. I have never done that before! and then once home when parking I did it again! I went over the curb because hit accelarator again, I was still nervous and thinking of what had happened on the road test. What can I DO? The tester said I do not drive safe and need more practice, that usually they suggest 5 months of practice but I need my license now,my hubby which has been teaching me is afraid to drive with me now, there are no instructors in my area and I am new no friends or neighbors, I am thinking to just let it go, nervousness and driving cannot go together, I have always been a nervous person for minor things and it is my nature. Why do people ume I am Italian simply because I have brown hair and eyes?

OK it is very frustrating when random people casually inquire: "are you Italian"? I just stare at them blankly and say, "no". I can't understand how people are so ignorant! I have dark brown hair, dark brown eyes but my features are average white features ie thin lips, long narrow nose, light skin tone. My heritage is Irish/English/Lebanese - which explains the dark hair and eyes, but everything else about me looks plain white. I don't understand why people ume I am Italian on the basis of hair and eye colour? I teach PE at an elementary school (1-5 grade) and one 5th grade cl is completely out of control. Most of it stems from their homeroom teacher, everyone knows it. 1995 Cadillac Seville STS?

I've a 1995 Cadillac STS with about 134000km. I had some DTCs for the transmission solenoids. I replaced the solenoids as one of them were broken. But there was still another issue. When i start the car, it stumbles, misses and stalls. I also noticed it was burning ALOT of fuel (strong fumes and smoke from tail pipe). I checked for codes and none found. When i put the key to the ON position, the Service Engine Soon lamp flashes erratically. A bit strange since there are no codes. I thought it might be bad grounds for the PCM. I checked all the ground and power wires for the PCM. They all checked good. Intermittently, while the car is running, the battery lamp would illuminate, the temperature would fluctuate. While driving, intermittently, it felt like the car was in neutral (step on gas pedal, and only the RPMs would raise) and the speedo would also intermittently stop working and then it would kick back in. So i've proper power and grounds for the PCM, everything leads back to the PCM. Some input would be appreciated. Thx!

okay, so, we brought the camper back from the deer lease this last weekend. We noticed a lot of corn and other random things all over the place. Something has taken over the camper!!! Ok so I know that the Law in M is Parental Consent. I am aware of such thing, BUT! my girlfriend has unfortunately been kicked out of her house by her dad (her mother was killed in a car accident when she was 6) and we know her dad will never consent to such a thing, for multiple reasons. I put a small tank in my baby's room to use as a nightlight and for entertainment. I think the light might be in the room for this, but we'll see. Anyway, will the constant light (daylight and then tank light) bother the fish? Do they need some dark for rest or anything? Also, I keep a CD Player on at night to play lullaby music for the baby. It is fairly quiet, but the only space for it is right by the tank. Will the noise bother the fish? Start Ginn and Grant for this week. Ocho Cinco has done aweful this year and it wont be better against Jacksonville. Ted Ginn will do great against Denver, especially without Champ Bailey, Dre Bly is still good, but Ginn is Miami's best reciever, and Cotchery is Farve's second option at best. If we're talking about twins here there are two options. If twins are identical the result would be the same because the fertilized egg and the sperm that fertilizes the egg would be the same cell. So the probability is surely 25%. If twins are non-identical the probability would still be the same but the same disease wouldn't necessarily occur at one twin if the other one has it too. So we would be talking about two different 25% probabilities. If they have a child after they had their first child the probability would still be 25% because events are completely independent. There might be some genes which differ from first fertilization to the second and so on. But I do not know any and did not hear of any.

Can you put this into different words or explain why the word "how" is used here?

There seem to be a few errors in this poem, either by you or the 'poet'. The word 'how' could easily be 'show' or even 'have'. Otherwise I'd say it was just some guy trying to sound smarter than they really are. Some old poems have uncommon uses for certain words, but the word 'how' in that sentence just doesn't fit or make any kind of real sense.

Why is the cast iron pipe working as a white wire to turn my light on?

There is a cast iron pipe (gray) coming out of the ceiling. If I touch it with the white leg while the black leg of a light bulb is attached to the hot black wire the light will turn on. Then I disconnect everything and test the pipe with a voltage tester and it beeps as I touch the pipe so the voltage tester is accusing power on the pipe but I do not get a shock when I touch it. What is that?

Questions about long distance riding?

I ride CTR and endurance. I personally ride a Saddlebred. We beat 101 arabians for best condition in our last race. You want to look for a horse with long, lean muscles, not bulky like a quarter horse. You also want thin skin so heat dissapates easily. A long stride will carry you faster and a good mind is the most important. You will do well on an Arabian, Saddlebred or a cross with an Arab and Saddlebred or Morgan. Stay away from gaited breeds for these sports. They do not have the endurance and their gait does not work well for long distances. You are right, the key is long trots. Also some hill work. You will need a heart monitor - $100 = and train, keeping the heart rate between 120 and 150 for aerobic work. You can use almost any horse in good shape for a novice CTR ride. Also, 5 miles a day may not be what your horse needs. The key also is being in the saddle for 25 miles and your horse being out for 25 miles. It is a fun sport but do your training. You don't want to hurt your horse.

PET Scan, FDG uptake, and Lymphoma Question?

When you have a PET scan, they have you drink the sugar soluable radioactive "tracer" and give you some by IV followed by a full head and body scan. I realize that an FDG value of 10 or 12 is very positive, but what if you have an uptake of only 2 or 3? My original tumor (treated with radiation) only had an uptake of 5. Now my restaging showed something in one breat with an uptake of 3. The med oncologist didn't seem to concerned, but is following up the PET with diagnostic mammograms. Wouldn't ANY FDG uptake be an indication of cancer?

Will run it fine. 1GB card will help with that big monitor. Wont be able to max it out but it will play nicely. Crysis is the most cpu intensive game I've ever played. Bump the cpu up 20% and the frame rates go up 10%. Althou you can run Crysis at DX9 thru the Vista game console why would you? DX9 wont use the card's 4 shaders and the water and smoke wont look as nice. Not running 4 shaders will give you a little bump in FPS but I dont think that, after you play Crysis in DX10 that you will want to play it in DX9. uming you're talking about the original Crysis and not Crysis Warhead DON'T put the 1.1 patch in--its full of bugs--just put the 1.2 patch in.

I have a friend who is super smart, I mean like crazy smart. I consider myself smart too, but nothing like my friend. We have this math cl together, in College, and it's not easy at all. I was very depressed once when I couldn't do well in some other cles that we took together. We had a test and I was actually proud of myself because I worked really hard, and during the test, there was one question where I couldn't get the answer but after some thinking, I got it, it was kind of a long answer but still, it was right. Right after the exam, I went to see my friend, very excited and told him about the problem, I told him the way I did it, but he said that I could have done it in a much simpler way. I believe him when he sys that because I know he's so smart and he's alway right, but, h told me that he hopes the professor would give me "some" credit for my answer, because, if it was him, he would give me zero! I was so shocked, I mean, my answer was right, it's just that I did it in a longer way. I mean, I certainly think I don't deserve "zero". After that, all my excitement fall down, I was actually happy and proud of myself and of my work for once, but then, I was really sad and I couldn't do anything much for the rest of the day. It sounds like someone did exactly what you said: found a poem that had enough resonant words that allowed it to be read "in a round". If they'd added music, you would not have called it poetry in a round, but simply a round...which is the same thing as a musical "round" without the music, right?
