Newborn Favors?

I would like to give some co-workers a small treat to recognize the birth of my daughter. My friends in the past gave away Hershey bars with a label that would cover up the word Hershey and leaving two or three letters exposed "He" or "she". The label above would say "It's a ...". Other friends have given out bubble gum cigars. Are there any other ideas that people have?
