Anyone know about breeding beagles?

You may know the mechanics of breeding dogs for money, but you are neither an ethical nor responsible breeder. You have no love of the breed, you don't even know about the color inheritance. What about cherry eye? MLS? Thyroid? Worrying about those inheritances is much more important than the coloring.
