My girlfriend is 17 years old and lives in Machusetts and she may be pregnant, can she get an abortion?

Ok so I know that the Law in M is Parental Consent. I am aware of such thing, BUT! my girlfriend has unfortunately been kicked out of her house by her dad (her mother was killed in a car accident when she was 6) and we know her dad will never consent to such a thing, for multiple reasons. And to protect her name and mine we did practice safe . I wore a condom but it got such a small tear it was ridiculous but possibly enough to do the job. She has the blood spots, mood swings, cramps (w/o leading to a period) and all these things that point to pregnancy. I know there's a thing called a judicial byp, but I don't know what those terms and conditions are in my home state. If someone, anyone could help me out. Enlighten me on how this byp goes about? How effective is it? Are there other, safer, methods of getting this abortion done. I don't want to be a murder but her cirstances along with carrying a baby would do the poor thing more harm than good. She is over stressed and anxious with her situation (which is recent, the whole getting kicked out thing) her new job and a 2 hour commute to school, shes only a Jr and it was a mistake but having this kid would simply be the worse of the choice. I don't want any hate reply calling me immature or a murder. A mistake is a mistake...so please for the sake of us give me an answer
