Does this girl like me?

So there's this girl and when we went on a trip with our school, I caught her sneaking glances at me, and when ever I turned around she quickly looked back forward. She also likes to come randomly to my group of friends while we're talking and say something random and we usually let her in, and she always stands next to me. But whenever I try to text her, she seldom returns the text and if she does it's like days later. Do she like me? (hehe I'm a freshman and she's a sopre btw ;)
