How can I get admission in the universities of U.S.A.? How shall I apply for admission?

I am a civil engineer. I am in Bangladesh. I have completed my B.Sc. in civil engineering from a govt. university of Bangladesh.Now I wanted to do my M.Sc. in civil engineering in U.S.A. My C.G.P.A. is 3.2/4.0 Is it possible for me to get admission in a famous university of U.S.A.?
