Song from The Number 23 movie?

According to IMDB, the only songs in the movie are Dean Martin's Blue Christmas (probably not it, haha ;) ), Tear You Apart by She Wants Revenge and The Bity of Evil by Nine Horses. Hopefully one of the last two can help you out, I don't have time to check em out for you. :)
