Help!!!! bearded dragons???? help?

i have had a bearded dragon for exactly a year and the temp has always been around 95-110 degrees. at the moment i have no heating around the house because my boiler has broke. but the temp in my viv has gone down and now it is only 85-87 degrees. i dunno why this has happend. is this bad 4 my beardie?? wat shall i do about it? ps. ive checked the heat mat and everything. my heat light is 60w and i have the same type heating and lighting equipment that i have used since i have had him. i change the heat bulb every 6 months with exactly the same heat bulb. thanks for your help and sorry this is sooo long. lol x
