Two tiny by left testicle?

About two days ago i noticed two little tiny kind of on the top and on the upper backside of the left testicle. Their not exactly connected to it because they move around. They do hurt if you move them too far away from the testicle but I have no clue what they are, if they're anything at all. Does anyone know if these are natural or what. Can anyone tell me what they are? Should i be concerned about them? Im not ually active for anyone that asks that.
