Steven Jackson, DeAngelo Williams, and Arian Foster Start two?

Steven Jackson was unimpressive last week and is playing an Oakland defense who was the 2nd worst for rushing in week one (granted is was against Chris Johnson), DeAngelo Williams had a pretty unimpressive week last week and this week he is going against tampa, Arian Foster as we all know exploded last week but in history whenever players have a game like that they tend to slow down significantly the next week...i dont want to make the mistake of benching him again and having him out score both of my running backs commined though....help please?
