Is there something I can coat my laminate flooring with to keep my dog safe from slipping?

the dog will adjust to the new flooring ... my dog did the same thing when we moved into a place with smooth floors ... i trimmed any excessive fur from the bottoms of her paws which helped a bit with traction ... she rarely wipes out any more :O)
