Why are the only ones questioning the Electoral College the losers of the last election cycle?

Which group ever questions the Electoral College after an election. Why would the winning side do so. Have you ever watched a sporting event where a team supposedly scored a goal according to an official and the team that purportedly scored the goal questions the official's judgement?
